What we believe

Our approach to coaching and training

Our training services are grounded in the same frameworks and principles that guide our work with Network Partners — rooted in racial equity, human-centered design, and systems thinking. We don’t offer generic professional development. Every session draws from real-world implementation experience and is shaped by what we know drives lasting, equitable change.

We prioritize training engagements that build your team’s capacity to take action — introducing frameworks, tools, and strategies you can put to work right away. Depending on your needs, we can offer standalone training sessions or pair training with follow-up coaching to reinforce learning and support implementation.

Designing better workplaces and better business

A compelling introduction to why equitable workplaces are good business. We examine local labor market demographics, explore the case for rethinking hiring practices, and introduce our Job Design Framework — helping participants understand the connection between specific workplace practices and stronger employer outcomes.

Implementing job design changes with your employees

A hands-on session introducing human-centered design as a tool for workplace change. Participants learn how to engage workers and industry partners in co-designing better workplace practices — using team charters and structured design frameworks to build buy-in and drive meaningful improvements.

Industry partnerships 101

A foundational overview of industry partnerships — what they are, why they matter, and how to build them. Covers the characteristics of high-performing partnerships, stages of employer engagement, recruitment strategies, and how to craft a compelling employer value proposition. Grounded in local labor market data.

Building & sustaining industry partnerships

A deeper, interactive exploration of employer engagement and industry partnership design. Topics are driven by client needs and may include stakeholder analysis, employer recruitment tools, human-centered design for partnership strategy, data-informed approaches to sustainability, and navigating employer resistance to change. Includes interactive exercises and role-play.
