Research shows that when employers invest in job quality and partner with workers in making operational decisions, job satisfaction rises, and retention and advancement improve. Ultimately, businesses are stronger, and employees thrive. To create better jobs and stronger companies, we must bring industries and employers together with workers to set higher job standards and design more effective workplace practices.
