Champions
For individuals and organizations who want to go beyond attendance and help power the SHIFT movement. Champion registrations provide additional financial support that helps expand access to the conference through scholarships and keeps the SHIFT Conference a vibrant space for bold ideas, collaboration, and impact across the workforce field.
Corporations/Foundations
For professionals representing corporations, philanthropic organizations, and large employers interested in advancing strategies that improve job quality, workforce development, and economic mobility.
Nonprofits/Small-Businesses
For staff from nonprofit organizations, community-based organizations, workforce intermediaries, public agencies, and small businesses working to expand opportunity and strengthen local economies.
Shift Work Forward Network Partners
Limited to individuals working at organizations that are part of the Shift Work Forward Network. This registration recognizes the leadership and ongoing collaboration of partners working together to advance job quality, worker voice, and equitable workforce systems.
Denise Cherenfant Memorial Equity Fund
The Equity Fund provides a $500 discount on the cost of registration at whatever tier describes your organization. Please note that funds are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of one grant per organization. Certain restrictions and exceptions may apply, ensuring a fair and impactful distribution of resources.
Designing Better Workplaces and Better Business
We are excited to host Designing Better Workplaces and Better Business, a pre-conference workshop on Tuesday, September 22 designed for employers and businesses. This highly interactive, four-hour session brings together employers, workforce leaders, and innovators to explore how improving job quality drives both employee engagement and business performance.
The Designing Better Workplaces and Better Business pre-conference workshop costs $350.
Register for the SHIFT Conference
If the cost associated with attending the SHIFT Conference presents a barrier to you or your organization, then please consider applying to the Denise Cherenfant Memorial Equity Fund. If you are interested, then please apply to the fund first and do not proceed with registration. Find out more here.
Cancellation or Substitution
The registration cost, less a $175 processing fee, will be refunded if requested in writing before August 28, 2026. Alternatively, you may consider donating a part of your refund to SHIFT Work Forward or transferring your ticket to another individual. Email shiftconference@thebalcomgroup.com with your request. Registrants who do not cancel before August 28, 2026 or who do not attend the event are responsible for the entire cost.
