At SHIFT Conference, you can expect content that reflects the real challenges and opportunities shaping today’s workforce.
We’ll feature conversations on the biggest topics affecting the field like how artificial intelligence and other factors are shifting the labor market; what it takes to improve job quality within existing roles; and how employers are redesigning jobs in partnership with workers. Sessions will also explore solutions to structural barriers like childcare and transportation, strategies to expand economic mobility, and what it means to move from listening to truly sharing power with workers.

Denise Cherenfant Memorial Equity Fund
If the cost associated with attending the SHIFT Conference presents a barrier to you or your organization, then please consider applying to the Denise Cherenfant Memorial Equity Fund.
The Equity Fund provides a $500 discount on the cost of registration at whatever tier describes your organization. Please note that funds are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of one grant per organization. Certain restrictions and exceptions may apply, ensuring a fair and impactful distribution of resources.
