Dr. Alicia Myrick is a scholar-practitioner specializing in the intersection of adult learner persistence, institutional policy, and equitable education-to-career pathways. As the Director of Higher Education Initiatives at CAEL, she leads the strategic execution of multi-year, evidence-based projects aimed at systemic improvements for marginalized student populations. She is also a Certified Agile Change Management Professional, skilled in guiding organizations through complex transformations to implement equitable and effective CPL programs. Dr. Myrick holds She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish Literature from Georgia State University, an M.A. in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs from Louisiana State University, and an Ed.D. in Student Affairs Leadership from the University of Georgia.
