Anna Topping is Senior Manager of Operations & Impact at TechBirmingham, where they co-lead the Birmingham Tech Council: a regional coalition aligning tech employers, training providers, and young adults to strengthen workforce retention and career pathways. Anna architected the BTC’s Employer Community of Practice and has represented the initiative at national stages including the National Youth Employment Conference. They also co-lead Sloss Tech, Alabama’s signature multi-day technology and innovation conference. A systems thinker with a bias for action, they translate complex ecosystem challenges into programs that create opportunity for Birmingham’s emerging tech talent.
