Ashley is the director of the Economic Growth & Mobility Project (EGMP) at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, a strategic initiative promoting equal access to economic opportunity and inclusive growth. Previously, she served as economic development adviser for New York City’s Mayor’s Office of Workforce Development and founded a fellowship program connecting young people to urban poverty policy research. She has also held roles at HUD, America Works of New York, and the Women’s City Club of New York. Ashley holds an MPA from NYU Wagner and a B.A. from Barnard College.
