Claudio Manno is a senior program associate at Shift Work Forward, where they support the organization’s development and sustainability efforts. While newer to fundraising, Claudio brings experience from across the organization’s employer engagement, job quality, and peer-learning work, and is deeply committed to advancing racial equity and inclusion.

In their current role, Claudio supports the organization’s fundraising strategy by contributing to grant proposals and reports, assisting with prospect research, and strengthening systems that support long-term sustainability. They also contribute to the development of Shift Work Forward’s growing fee‑for‑service work and other strategic initiatives that help advance and sustain the organization’s mission.
