Elizabeth Schilling is an early childhood education leader with more than 25 years of experience supporting children, families, educators, and programs. She currently serves at the Early Childhood Resource Center, where she partners with childcare programs and teachers to strengthen quality practices, support Step Up To Quality standards, and provide technical assistance, training, and professional development opportunities for staff and administrators. Elizabeth is a Level 3 Ohio Approved Trainer, a Certified Child Development Associate Instructor, and a CDA Professional Development Specialist. Her background also includes extensive experience as a childcare provider, educator, assistant director, and center director, giving her a well-rounded perspective on classroom practice, program leadership, accreditation, and staff development. She is passionate about helping educators build confidence, strengthen instructional practices, and create high-quality learning environments that improve outcomes for young children.
