Dr. Ellonda L. Williams, Ed.D. is an equity-driven leader, community builder, and systems change strategist committed to an inclusive, regenerative economic future. As Co-Executive Director at B Lab U.S. & Canada, the nonprofit behind the global B Corp Movement, she advances justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion across business systems while shaping frameworks for responsible business leadership at scale. Before B Lab, she spent over a decade connecting resources to underserved communities. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership & Management, with research on bias and micro-messaging informing her approach, and has earned honors including the national DiversityFIRST DEI Champions Award.
