Henry Danner is the Manager of Network Engagement at Shift Work Forward, where he supports Network Partners in advancing workforce solutions at the local and regional level. He brings nearly 15 years of experience across the nonprofit and education sectors, with a background in youth development, workforce programs, and storytelling for impact.

As a leader in network stewardship, Henry supports timely communication and relationship-building with Network Partners to ensure they feel connected, informed, and supported in their work. Drawing on his background in journalism and visual storytelling, he also helps amplify the impact of the Shift Work Forward network by elevating partner stories and highlighting lessons from the field.
