Hollie Marston is the Senior Director of Network Engagement at Shift Work Forward, where she nurtures the vitality and connection of our national network of workforce leaders. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in strategy, facilitation, and designing learning environments that help leaders collaborate and advance systems change.

In her role, Hollie works closely with regional workforce leaders across the country to support learning, connection, and collaboration across the network. She specializes in facilitating communities of practice and designing convenings where leaders can exchange ideas, surface challenges, and explore new approaches. Prior to joining Shift Work Forward, Hollie spent a decade at FSG, a strategy consulting firm, where she deepened her expertise in systems change, collective impact, and job quality.
