Jacqueline Chernoble is the Workforce Development Manager of Community Programs at Mass General Brigham, a role she assumed in February 2026. In this role she leads strategic partnerships that expand career pathways and strengthen workforce pipelines within the healthcare sector. Prior to joining Mass General Brigham, she served as Vice President of Adult Education and Workforce Development at Catholic Charities Boston, where she oversaw a comprehensive portfolio including ESOL, adult basic education, high school equivalency, and vocational training programs in IT and healthcare. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade at Jewish Vocational Service (JVS) Boston, ultimately serving as Vice President of Workforce Advancement and ESOL Services.
