John Martinez, a member of MDRC’s executive leadership team, serves as the organization’s first Vice President for Evidence to Practice. He leads strategy to help workforce, education, and social service providers translate data and research into stronger, more effective programs. Martinez advances MDRC’s integrated approach, aligning evidence-based practice, organizational operations, data infrastructure, behavioral science, and human-centered design to drive impact. He also plays a key role in building strategic partnerships and elevating the reach and influence of MDRC’s technical assistance work.
