Jordan Dolfi is the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager at Shift Work Forward, where she contributes to the design and implementation of evaluation strategies across complex, multi‑site workforce initiatives. She brings more than 15 years of experience in program management, research, and evaluation, grounded in equitable and human‑centered practice.

Jordan is a core member of the evaluation and learning team, supporting monitoring, analysis, and learning across initiatives. In her time at Shift Work Forward, she has led equity‑focused evaluation efforts for nationally recognized projects — including qualitative data analysis for our career navigation initiative that centered worker voice and lived experience. She also designed and implemented a two‑year embedded process evaluation documenting the Shifting the Childcare Industry initiative, offering a transparent, equity‑focused model for understanding how systems change work unfolds in practice.

Across her work, Jordan integrates qualitative and quantitative methods to help Shift Work Forward articulate impact, strengthen practice, and support continuous learning across the organization and network.

Jordan also brings deep expertise in postsecondary education and workforce research and has supported practitioner learning through professional development and research capacity‑building.
