Justin Hilliard is the Workforce Development Liaison for the City of Albuquerque, where he supports workforce development, small businesses, and economic growth. He leads Job Training Albuquerque (JTA), the City’s award-winning workforce development program, in partnership with Central New Mexico Community College, helping employers upskill workers and expand access to industry-recognized credentials. Justin also oversaw the facilitation of the Albuquerque Workforce Leadership Academy, a partnership with the Aspen Institute focused on addressing workforce challenges through systems-level collaboration. With more than 25 years of experience spanning marketing, filmmaking, economic development, and workforce development, he brings creativity and innovation to his work.
