Kelcie Wong is Chief Program Officer of JVS Bay Area where she leads the full arc of JVS’s program work, from direct service and partnership building to program strategy, design, and evaluation, ensuring that every function is pulling toward the same mission-driven goals. Kelcie has been with JVS since 2017, growing from her roots in high school and bridge programming to directing JVS’s healthcare sector work before stepping into organizational leadership. In her current role, she drives program strategy, performance management, and evaluation, ensuring that data doesn’t just measure outcomes, but actively informs how JVS refines its approach and expands access to opportunity. She is passionate about building strong teams and centering equity in every stage of program design and delivery.
