Kimberly Scott is a seasoned nurse leader based in the San Francisco Bay Area. With nearly 30 years of experience in health care, she has distinguished herself as a passionate advocate for nursing, as well as a motivator, connector, and author. Kim is deeply committed to mentoring and takes pride in serving others, while speaking on the importance of building strong communities—what she describes as “Common Unity.” She previously served as Chair of the Collaborative Mentorship Program (CMP) for the National Black Nurses Association, Inc., and as a member of its national board. Currently, Kim serves as an adjunct professor, clinical research manager, and consultant.
