Kristen Bucher is the Senior Manager of Workforce Development at Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE), where she leads the advancement of BGE’s workforce development strategy. Under Kristen’s leadership, BGE has deepened its engagements with schools, colleges and universities, workforce development agencies and other community partners to advance economic opportunity and equity for customers across BGE’s service territory. Kristen started her career in the financial services industry before joining BGE in 2009. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University and an MBA from Loyola University. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
