Lisa Patt-McDaniel is Chief Executive Officer of Aspyr, which she has led since its January 2016 incorporation under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014. Aspyr hosts Franklin County’s workforce board and partners with the OhioMeansJobs Center Columbus-Franklin County to help employers find and retain talent and support jobseekers in securing meaningful, well-paying employment. Ms. Patt-McDaniel has more than two decades of state government experience, primarily with the Ohio Department of Development, where she held leadership roles in economic, workforce, and community development and ultimately served as Director and a member of the Governor’s Cabinet. Before joining Aspyr, Ms. Patt-McDaniel was Director of Community Development at the Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing.
