Mohona Siddique is a director of workforce and economic development initiatives at CAEL. Siddique focuses on developing strategic partnerships across the U.S. and manages projects that focus on workforce development initiatives, job quality, and future of work strategic planning, policy, and practice. Prior to joining CAEL, Siddique was an associate director at the Aspen Institute Economic Opportunities Program and an executive policy specialist for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, serving as acting deputy policy director during her tenure. She also has held roles at the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia and The Brookings Institution. Siddique holds a bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College and a master’s degree in city planning from the University of Pennsylvania. Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, she now lives with her husband in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
