Rashida Hanif is Founder and CEO of RepresentEd Leadership, a workforce systems partner that redesigns how institutions develop, retain, and advance historically excluded talent. With 14 years in Fortune 500 technology companies, Rashida applies design methodology and systems thinking to build embedded learning models that connect employer partners directly to talent long overlooked by traditional pipelines. Her work spans workforce systems across health, education, and care sectors, where she focuses on the structural design decisions, governance, partnership, and cross-sector activation, that determine whether mobility initiatives actually deliver on their promise. Rashida holds a BA from UC Berkeley and serves on the Equity at Work Council for ReWork the Bay and as co-Secretary for the board of the League of Women Voters Berkeley Albany Emeryville.
