Ryan Davis serves as the Executive Director for the Machinists Institute overseeing all the training and education programs including pre-apprenticeship, Registered Apprenticeship, and incumbent worker training. Prior to joining MI, Ryan served as the executive director of Seattle Jobs Initiative and the Dean of Business and Applied Technology at Everett Community College. Ryan is passionate about adult learning, developing innovative workforce development solutions and systems, and creating pathways to quality union jobs.
