Scott Johnson is a workforce innovation leader with Aspyr, where he supports the Central Ohio Workforce Development Network and helps lead the implementation of WorkOhio across an 11-county region. With over 15 years of experience, he brings a human-centered, systems-focused approach to connecting people to quality jobs and employers to talent. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University and serves on the board of Communities In Schools of Ohio. His work is grounded in building strong relationships and advancing solutions that drive economic mobility and expand opportunity for all across the communities he serves.
