Sesha currently serves as the Chief Mission Officer at Goodwill Industries of New Mexico. In this role, she oversees program development, contract management, and strategic planning. Having spent her entire career in the non-profit sector, Sesha is passionate about serving the community and creating opportunities for people to succeed and improve their quality of life.  Her work emphasizes collaboration with community partners and enhancing service delivery to meet community needs.
