Shana Peschek in the inaugural Director of Training and Apprenticeships at the International Association of Machinists Union charged with expanding access to registered apprenticeships and high quality skills training nationally for IAM members. Prior to this role Shana served as the inaugural Executive Director for the Machinists Institute and the Executive Director of the Washington State Center of Excellence for Construction.
