Tera Frank is a member of the Navajo Nation tribe, born and raised in Jeddito, Arizona. Ms. Frank serves as the Secretary for the Native Workforce Partners (NWP), a coalition of tribal and urban WIOA grantees dedicated to strengthening workforce opportunities for Native American youth and adults across the state. In addition to her role with NWP, she is the Albuquerque Field Office Manager for the Native Professional Advancement Center (NPAC), also known as the National Indian Youth Council, Inc. (NIYC). Ms. Frank’s educational background includes an associate’s degree in liberal arts from Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute (S.I.P.I.), a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Studies from the University of New Mexico, and currently an online Master of Public Administration graduate student with Grand Canyon University.
