Artificial intelligence is already reshaping workforce development—how providers operate, how decisions are made, and how jobseekers prepare for work. While AI can be a powerful asset, it also creates real risks to equity, job quality, and worker agency when guardrails are unclear. In this highly interactive studio, participants will engage with real-world AI use cases and lessons emerging from the field. Through hands-on scenarios and guided discussion, attendees will examine where AI adds value, where it creates risk, and what systems, policies, and practices are needed to use AI ethically and effectively—both internally and in preparing jobseekers for AI-augmented roles.
