Bernadette Panteah

Director for the Division of Education and Training, Pueblo of Zuni

Bern Panteah is an enrolled member of the Pueblo of Zuni and serves as the Director for the Division of Education and Training for the Pueblo of Zuni organization. In this role, she oversees the administration of the Public Law 102-477 program (Zuni Education & Career Development Center), which provides employment, education, and training services to the community. Her oversight also includes Zuni Head Start, KSHI Radio Station, and A:Shiwi Tribal College. A passionate advocate for workforce development, Bern has worked in human services for over 23 years with the Pueblo of Zuni, holding various roles. She is a certified Public Law 102-477 Director and actively contributes to statewide and national initiatives, including co-chairing the New Mexico Native American Workforce Partners and serving on the Workforce Grantmaking in Native Nations and Communities Advisory Committee. Additionally, she is currently a Committee member for the 477 Tribal Workgroup.
