Bill Crocker is the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Fair Haven Community Health Care, a federally qualified health center serving the Greater New Haven community through integrated medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare. He leads initiatives focused on leadership development, organizational culture, workforce strategy, and building environments where employees and organizations can thrive together. Bill brings a uniquely diverse career spanning healthcare, higher education, executive leadership, consulting, technology startups, and organizational research. Prior to joining Fair Haven, he served as Assistant Dean and Director of Executive Education at the Yale School of Management and later as Director of Member and Program Development for the Higher Ambition Leadership Alliance, partnering with CEOs committed to building high-performing organizations that create lasting value for employees, customers, and communities.
