Cory Muldoon is the Program Director of Quality Jobs at the Inclusive Economy Lab, where he leads efforts to improve career access and job quality for Chicago residents. His current research interests include work on apprenticeships, access to the skilled trades, state funded workforce programs, and fair chance hiring. Previously, Cory served in leadership roles with Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership, Public Allies, and One Northside. Across those organizations, he launched youth workforce programs, expanded opportunities for returning residents, shaped state policy, and helped direct tens of millions of dollars into Chicago communities.
