This session shares two tools the Inclusive Economy Lab (IEL) developed to promote access to good jobs and economic mobility. First, the team will distribute a zine highlighting the lessons learned from clean energy workforce programs that prioritize economic opportunity for communities confronting long-term disinvestment and environmental degradation. Next, IEL will present the “Start Your Journey” dashboard, a practical resource job seekers and career coaches can use to view program-level enrollment, completion, and wage data for all US DOL Registered Apprenticeship Programs. The presentation and discussion will highlight ways to use these resources to advance workforce equity.
