Kristin Moul Driscoll is the Executive Director of Workforce Development at Mass General Brigham, overseeing the workforce strategy for over 80,000 employees. Previously, she directed the Bloomberg Healthcare Initiative, managing a $38 million grant to launch health careers training programs in partnership with the Edward M. Kennedy Academy for Health Careers. At Boston Children’s Hospital, she designed and implemented the workforce development strategy to increase the team and programs. Kristin has also worked for the Boston Public Schools and the Boston Private Industry Council. She holds a Master of Education from Boston University, a Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern University and her SHRM-SCP. Kristin lives in Boston, MA with her husband, three children and dog.
