Marian Bitsui (Diné) is Kinłichííʼnii (Red House Clan), born for Naashtʼézhí Dineʼé (Zuni Clan). Her maternal grandfather’s clan is Naakaii Dineʼé (Mexican Clan), and her paternal grandfather’s clan is Tóʼáhaní (Near the Water Clan). As the Operations Officer & Team Strategist at Change Labs, Marian has spent over two decades working alongside Native communities. Her expertise spans systems-building, organizational care, and communications across federal, nonprofit, and grassroots spaces. Previously, Marian held leadership and communications roles with the Native American Food Sovereignty Alliance, the SAMHSA Tribal TTA Center, and within the CDC.
