A dedicated professional from Santo Domingo and San Felipe Pueblos, Rosemary heads the Santo Domingo Pueblo Employment & Training Office in New Mexico. With a Bachelor’s degree in Native American Studies, with a concentration in Indigenous Learning Communities and Psychology from the University of New Mexico, she leverages her academic background to empower individuals through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) grant. This grant provides vital employment, education, and training services to youth and adults in federally recognized tribes. Beyond her WIOA role, she serves as a Lead Advisor for the Kewa TRUTH Youth Council, an affiliated youth council of the UNITY, Inc., network. She was also awarded the prestigious 2025 UNITY J.R. Cook Advisor of the Year at the 2025 National UNITY Conference in San Diego, CA. Additionally, she is a 166 Co-Chair of the New Mexico Native American Workforce Partners.
