This session explores how JVS Bay Area used workforce outcomes data to confront occupational segregation and shape an equity-centered strategy. Our analysis revealed stark wage and demographic disparities between healthcare and technology pathways, prompting a clearer focus on where change was most needed. In response, we refined and tested strategies aligned to each sector’s realities, making progress while also uncovering structural hiring barriers that training alone cannot solve. Attendees will learn how data can surface hard truths, inform strategic pivots, and support continuous iteration. The session offers a practical approach for using data not just to measure outcomes, but to rethink strategy and expand access to opportunity in a changing workforce landscape.
