For more than a decade, Chicagoland workforce leaders have built and sustained ten sector partnerships across industries. From healthcare and manufacturing to IT and early childhood education, each partnership is designed to bring employers and stakeholders together to address shared workforce challenges. This session will spark a candid conversation with practitioners about what has worked and what hasn’t, surfacing the conditions that enable partnerships to thrive and the obstacles that impede progress. We will explore practical approaches to structure, staffing, resource allocation, and facilitation methods that foster meaningful employer participation and strengthen long-term partnership impact.
